Yoga
At NGPS we know how important health and mental wellbeing are. So that we can learn all about taking time out; breathing well; slowing down when our minds feel ‘busy’ and when our bodies need a good stretch out - we practise our Yoga.
Yoga is amazing for so many things:

- Helping us to feel good about ourselves
- Helping us to feel positive
- Teaching us to listen to our bodies
- Teaching us to slow down
- Reminding us to breathe properly
- Stretching and strengthening our bodies
- Helping us with our Peace Mala Objectives
- Challenging us!
- Giving us a safe space
- Giving us a calm space
- Giving us a place to ‘grow’
We offer Yoga Clubs and Yoga as part of our teaching to help to improve wellbeing for both our pupils and staff.
