Frequently Asked Questions...
What age range are the resources suitable for?
With such a large collection, we have resources which are tailored towards a wide range of ages, from baby items to topic boxes and information sets which are suitable for pre / primary school children.
How long can I keep my items for?
The general maximum loan period is 6 weeks or a school term, however there are no limits as to how often you can change your toys.
How many toys / resources can I loan out at any one time?
We restrict the number of items which any one member can take out at a time to 3, this allows us to ensure that there is always a good selection available to all our members.
Do I have to return the items clean?
We ask that all members who loan items, return them as they would like to find them. Charges will be enforced if an item is returned in a state which means that it cannot be loaned out again for example if is broken or with significant pieces missing. Whilst we understand that resources are to be used and enjoyed, we would ask that any issue with the resources are reported as soon as possible.
